His goal is to make learning and teaching English more convenient and enjoyable. Teacher James believes that there has to be communication and understanding if problems are to be solved. He hopes this website helps solve problems and makes the world a better place, one word at a time. |

Teacher James, unlike other online tutoring programs, simulates a Face-to-Face Teacher/Student setting over the internet. The e-English interface is specially designed for those who have an internet connection and a webcam, to take English lessons out of the classroom and into the home, saving money, time and above all, hassle.
The e-English Interface includes benefits like automatic recording of all lessons, where they will be archived and stored online, available to be accessed anytime for review. You can even download these lessons to your own computer or convert the lessons to play on a video iPod or any other handheld video player. The best way to learn is through review, and Teacher James provides many options to refer back to your lessons. |

Co-founders Damon Chang, and James Taylor brought Teacher James to life in February 2007. Although named “Teacher James” the company is not named after the co-founder, we just like the sound of it. We tried out Teacher John for a while, but Damon knew a guy in college he didn’t like named John, so we went with James instead.
Teacher James is loved by its users because it is so easy to use. The e-English interface technology and continued innovation help Teacher James with the mission of providing the world “fluency with freedom.”
